Leeds Local Offer
The Leeds Local Offer provides clear, accessible, and up-to-date information about services and support available for children and young people aged 0–25 with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), as well as their families and professionals. Its purpose is to bring together details about education, health, social care, leisure, transport, and preparing for adulthood in one place, helping families understand what is available and how to access it. The Local Offer also aims to improve transparency, increase choice, and ensure services respond to local needs by encouraging feedback and participation from children, young people, parents, carers, and practitioners.
